Is there any plan for localization because this seems to be more mainstream if there is localization takes place, where local content or ads is offered and local business have chance to put up their ads

i know you have a busy schedule with ico, but if u write more here, we are happy for updates. one of the projects i want to grow. for example, a student can gain instant internet data by watching a few advertisements in the public area, subway, bus etc.. thats amazing.
