I'm relocating but maintain a residence in the midwest still. Tried to login to Poloniex from NYC and I get a page asking to confirm my state of residency. I select the state associated with my profile (i.e., not New York) and the page is stuck. It won't go beyond the state selection. I can't access anything, and from a mobile device running VPN I just get a white screen. I even went to New Jersey today and it's still broken.

Then I read all the horror stories with their (lack of) support. What an awful feeling, this really sucks. My only idea is to have my spouse try to login from our home in the midwest, but I'm fearful the account is locked. Anyone else experience this with Poloniex? I have some deep regrets right now about putting any coins on their exchange.

Yes, I got the same thing when I tried to log in to Poloniex yesterday and today. Already sent a support ticket yesterday but didn't get any answers yet. They are probably backlogged in answering all the inquiries to what is happening. I have read horror stories about people getting locked out and no support. I get a yucky feeling. But, if I lose my coins it's definitely my fault for leaving it on their exchange and I'm gonna hate myself for awhile. Tsk, lesson learned the hard way!
