ironic.

I have just filed an abuse report with Suddenlink. I hope you read the AUP you agreed to:

Quote
SUDDENLINK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE AT SUDDENLINK'S SOLE DISCRETION IF YOU OR OTHERS WHO USE YOUR ACCOUNT VIOLATE THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY. SUDDENLINK ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ANY MATERIAL OR INFORMATION FROM SUDDENLINK'S WEB SITES THAT VIOLATE THIS POLICY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER FROM AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

You agree that you will not use, nor allow others to use, the Internet Service to transmit any material that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property or which harasses, abuses, defames or invades the privacy or rights of any other person or entity.

You agree that you will not, nor allow others to, impersonate another user, falsify one's user name, age, digital or manual signature or identity in e-mail or in any post or transmission to any newsgroup or mailing list or other similar groups or lists. You agree that you will not, nor allow others to, forge any message header of any electronic transmission, originating or passing through the Internet Service, or use an IP address not assigned to you.

10. NO "HACKING"

You agree that you will not use, nor allow others to use, the Internet Service to access the accounts of others or to attempt to penetrate security measures of the Internet Service or access any other person's computer or computer system, software, data, confidential or proprietary information of others without the owner's knowledge and consent ("hacking") or to cause a disruption of service to other on-line users. You agree that you will not use, nor allow others to use, tools designed for compromising network security, such as password guessing programs, cracking tools, packet sniffers or network probing tools.

If I do not get a response, I will write them snail mail. You are also violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

it doesn't define ban evading as harassment. i'm sure my isp will laugh their ass off. in fact, if anyone was in violations of that policy(which is likely identical to your isp by the way) its you since you are parroting false information and continue to harrass me and threaten me in emails which i've already provided in the other thread. i returned to coinchat to apologize. i ithink they will side with me once i present them the proof of my side of the story.

Ban evading sits under "hacking" (note how it's put in quotes by them), and is also a crime under CFAA.

no its not. you are lying your ass off once again. its only a violation of site TOS, which you don't have posted, and is therefor null and valid in the united states of america. further more, that law only covers ip bans. the most you could do at this point is accuse me of harrassment, but then i'm just gonna present all the evidence and press harassment charges on you.

See United States v. Andrew Auernheimer (Weev).

http://cfaadefensefund.com/

Quote
courts have held that unauthorized access to a computer occurs whenever the computer owner says so, and the Department of Justice has enforced this point of view. Someone can violate the law even where there is no notice and where no password was hacked. All that is required is that a person, corporate or natural, subsequently says you don’t belong.

That's the legal precedent that has been set.

look, there not gonna send me to prison for evading your ban that wasn't even enforced at the ip level. this is small fish. i read up about it and as long as i leave you alone from the point of you threatening legal action nothing will likely arise from it.

red herring
ad hominem tu quoque

try harder

its the same concept you ignorant dolt. quit acting like you don't understand the logic.

Rick Rolling Internet Meme= the redirection to the the Rick Astley video

Rick Rolling I R L= Taking advantage of somone else naivety, ie. fucking them over
You do realize that this is the reason no one takes you seriously, right? If tell anyone of the internet you got "rickrolled", they'll think you got sent a link to watch?v=oHg5SJYRHA0. It's a huge stretch to think that sending a link => "fucking them over". At best, you can say it's a link to meatspin or similar sites.

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
