On Monday Mr Muhamad announced guaranteed conversion of 1 TKC = $0.161 USD.

I don't know of any company who can make these unsubstantiated guarantees. With a website that is not up, and with bizarre claims and murky business model.

Is it that they are already anticipating no more investor interest, so they are desperately trying gimmicks to prop up the ICO? Looks like it.

When no one cares about your ICO, you lower expectations and stretch fundraising timelines, as TEKY has done by defining a $2M "softcap" and postponing their pre-ICO close. In Vietnam, "fighting" for your cause it's considered good, laws and common sense be damned. Changing agreements and altering public announcements is perfectly acceptable. Would not be surprised if the founders own money is buying TEKY tokens, seeing the large USDT contributions. Hello TEKY, what you say?

It is very unusual for an ICO to request that crypto currency is sent directly to a wallet and not a contract, right? The idea is to be transparent RIGHT?? So if you are self-dealing or doing anything funny, it would be recorded. That's the thing about the blockchain guys, everything open for all to see. As a concerned investor, TEKY please explain why 663 ether or around $300K USD were sent to other private wallets over 2 transactions? Why is any $ going places when you still have not finished fundraising? Why did TEKY choose to not have investments go to a contract? Is something funny going on here?

Should massive payouts not affect the fundraising progress bar, in terms of ethereum contributed, and show less money raised?

I wonder what shady back deals and last-minute concessions had to be made to get over the soft-cap at no matter which cost to avoid having to return investments. According to their claims, which have no doubt were super inflated, they were able to raise 65% of their pre-ICO target. Very negative signal for their ICO, since history shows most funding comes from pre-ICO. At this rate TEKY will have enough to pay off the founders, who will immediately cash in, and have enough left over to open a Facebook shop. Others have pointed out a total lack of interest from the public as reflected in lack of participation in any TEKY outreach channel. Disappointing for investors, but hey, some people never learn and get greedy. TEKY's lies, over-inflated ego, and ridiculous claims have come to bite them in the ass. Founders don't care, this was obviously a money-grab. Heavy marketing got them very far. But good luck getting listed on an exchange. Not one will carry this shit token. TEKY has clearly not understood that the blockchain is open and does not lie. The contract is open for all to see, each transaction clearly recorded. TEKY has no KYC and AML. They know nothing about who invested. And since they've sold their token as a security, they can be looked at by the SEC.
