1.) As a beginner or someone recently introduced to the concept of cryptocurrency what are your hopes and dreams relative to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies? (Other than the obvious outlook of Bitcoin soaring and becoming a millionaire.)

2.) What initially peaked your interest in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies?

3.) What about these cryptocurrencies motivated you to seek further information regarding the technology?

4.) For users who are either entirely new to/in the process of learning about this concept, what would you hope to see in regards to your learning process? (i.e. "I wish there were an easier way to..." "I wish there were a website for...")

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Im not really new into this but would like to share my opinion:

1.) As a beginner or someone recently introduced to the concept of cryptocurrency what are your hopes and dreams relative to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies? (Other than the obvious outlook of Bitcoin soaring and becoming a millionaire.)
I hope one day BTC will find it's place and will be part of daily use. Not necessary to become mainstream. I'm looking forward when I will be able to buy food, clothes, alcohol, cigarretes (just daily used stuff) on many places (not just over the internet or in major cities etc.).

2.) What initially peaked your interest in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies?
Two things. Obviously the vision of profit. But also I'm sick of the current monetary system (bitcoin came like ligth from the sky to me).

3.) What about these cryptocurrencies motivated you to seek further information regarding the technology?
Definitely. Entire blockchain technology I consider revolutionary. ETH (with it's smart contracts) as well ... looking forward to other new briliant ideas and their new applications (i'm sure some have to come yet).

4.) For users who are either entirely new to/in the process of learning about this concept, what would you hope to see in regards to your learning process? (i.e. "I wish there were an easier way to..." "I wish there were a website for...")
I wish I would listen to advice given to me by older members (e.g stay away of cloudminings, PONZIS are crap, to good to be true... ). Could safe me few more BTCs.
And to never promote obvious scam sites just to get ref. earnings ( I did that ... and I feel bad for it now )
