I think a politeness check is more in order.  People will learn about Bitcoin as they are on the forums, they will not learn to be nice people though.

Ohh ok , maybe have like badges so everyone can see the topics you understand. it would add more credibility to their posts.

I like that way of thinking, badges geared toward certain areas of Bitcoin with badges or tags marked as such.
