Maybe someone should create a bitcoin quiz and make newbies answer the quiz before posting outside.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

like the total number of bitcoins? block processing rate could generate multiple choice scenarios? um what is a hash? number of bitcoins in each new block? current mtgox price? the parts of a transaction? the parts of a block? calculate a hash tree?

Oh fuck that, I can't answer most these questions lol

I think a politeness check is more in order.  People will learn about Bitcoin as they are on the forums, they will not learn to be nice people though.

I like that way of thinking, badges geared toward certain areas of Bitcoin with badges or tags marked as such.
