You can also use MyEtherWallet transfer to convert ETH to BTC easily.

If you're okay on just receiving the codes, you can try buying in coins.ph directly since they don't add any fees to their SWC and the trade is 1:1. However if you insist on doing so, without being ripped off so much, just cash your ETH and go to the nearest Datablitz store near you to get your card.
