Is there any payment gate way which is same as bank deposit, or online transfer? I mean, payments are safe for online store sellers, that's, once buyer paid by their credit card or any bank card via it, then, buyer can't make dishonest stories to get money back by ring bank to cancel the transaction or open dispute (i.e. paypal dispute).
I did do some search, I found all payment gate ways are follow up eBay and PayPal made policies: buyers can open dispute to get money back once they get the goods. So, some bad people use those policies to rip off online sellers for get a free goods.
Therefore, I am looking for new payment gate way that can let buyer pay by credit card to online seller, but the payment is same as bank deposit, or bank transfer, once paid, not refundable or withdraw. One way transfer.

Since you are on Bitcoin forum,why wont use Bitcoin instead on paypal? Knowing that bitcoin transactions arent irreversible which it would really be an advantage for seller but i doubt not all buyers would really pay up first because of lots of scammer sellers online.If they would demand escrow then it would still be a good idea.

Use Bitcoin with bitpay implementation. It makes sure you don't get double spent and it also looks great to integrate into a website and such. People in this forum suggest you obviously the bitcoin transfer. Its a one way transfer and if the buyer complains about the product or so with an evidence, you should consider that thing and return their payments. But i guess if your product is a good quality and you have trust on it, im sure every mode of transfer should do. Just have this replace not return policy.

After reading this post, first thing I have to say is why would a buyer be looking for a payment gateway with no charge-back if not all because they sell fake goods to their customers. If you sell a good product to your customers, they won’t be requesting for a refund of their money. By the way, I don’t think sites like eBay will let buyers put a charge-back without first of all returning the goods they bought. But since you’re looking for a safe payment gateway without charge-back, then maybe you should go for coin payment, or find any service that let’s you accept Bitcoin as payment. But it will be better for you to stay on eBay or Amazon and sell your goods faster.

It is the seller who is looking for a payment gateway with no charge back option.
If you indicated about the buyers who may charge back from the seller site after initial purchase then there is a problem about it.
There are peoples who provide REFUND SERVICE (amazon mainly) after a purchase, I have seen this type of thread in some other forums.

Not only this, you can even claim a refund successfully in ebay, amazon, aliexpress.
The sellers gives out refund very easily because they don't want any negative feedback. And this is the chance bad buyers takes as their opportunity.

Op's concern is not invalid. He just want to make sure that he is safe after a sale.
But this may lead him to a unsuccessful online shop also. Because as you mentioned that seller may sale fake goods.
Usually buyers looks for the shops where free shipping, international shipping and refund policy etc is available for their goodness & safety.

So online shop startups should keep in head and consider all possible aspects before creating the shop.
