The truth is we've been doing this since October 18. Securing every details or every possible situations that might come out from legal issues down to every calculations regarding the pre-sale. Team Dev has been talking to a few exchanges. More details will be made public once everything is finalized.
One thing we know for sure is that the team is aiming to be listed on the biggest ones, and eventually to be listed on as many exchanges as possible.

I see no Chinese, Canadian and US citizen is allowed to buy goToken. For Canadian and US citizen, only accredited investors are allowed. It is good.

What happened legally that  prevents US citizens from buying in on the sale?
 And is that going to be a thing going forward with more ICO's or just GoNetwork?

It doesn't matter where go registers.  It's about whether your government screw them up or not. It a grey area right now. So they shouldn't take the risk of including ppl from these highly regulated countries. Long live freedom lol
