Concerning the Dutch Auction, whats actually preventing everyone from buying the instant the public sale begins if the price is not descending? And how does the hardcap decreasing do anything? Sorry it's just kind of confusing.

The hard cap of the tokensale decreases with time. This allows you to make the token purchase when hardcap drops to the level that you are comfortable with. By the time we reach the hard cap, the auction will end. Some of you have concerns that the dutch auction will start at a higher price, and end at a lower price. You should not be worried. At the end of the auction, every buyer will be adjusted to pay for the same, lowest price that a GoToken was sold for. Therefore, no matter you came in early or late, you will all end up paying for the same price per token.

A few days ago I sent the documents for verification, but they could not check them automatically and they gave it to a manual check. Today a letter came in which it says "there is very little to verify", but my documents have not been verified yet. I wonder if everyone is like that, or just me lucky? Has anyone approved after a manual check?

GoNetwork's ICO has two major issues that are unknown end date and hardcap. They also did not specify how Ducth Auction will end up so the community can easily imagine the sale process. All scenarios are possible, including ICO, which will have a very large hardcap.

I believe the crowdsale will be Dutch Auction, where everyone will pay the lowest price, so that its a fair crowdsale for every one, no private/presale bonus.
