they should read and understand the rules first. Once the effective hard cap is reached, the token sale will be ended. And no matter what, it will not last for more than 28 days in total. Now you understand or not?

As soon as the money is available, it should stop. 3, the screen set up 28 days, as long as the time is up, regardless of whether the condition of 1 or 2 meet should be stopped. But in this project, the article 1: the project party just said to sell 50 million tokens, but is not say how many are now sold. For article 2, there are approximately 95,000 ETH now, about 300 million RMB per 3,300 yuan, but the project side has not said how much capital it wants to collect. They're using article 3.
