Update:
Just to test I sent 3 ETN to the paper wallet and checked it with the .cli tool, I have 17357 blocks and 3 ETN.... This means that if I have mined about a thousand blocks I earned just a fraction of ETN in 18h..... for me there is no way!
Ok, it all depends on which hardware are you using to mining, but i think that for this coin you have to invest too much in hardware and electric energy, especially if you are playing with a bunch of Vega. Obviously it's just an opinion.

Electroneum is just another scam. CPU mining is not profitable anymore, it'll only damage your hardware.

My electroneum address on hashparty shows I have mined few thousand coins, but not sure why they are not appearing on cryptopia - is there a minimum payout? Or is there a step that I need to do to withdraw the coins?

Electroneum is good coin, I read about this project, Electroneum project is made on very good technolgy and they said Electroneum is the first coin which can Mine on your mobile phone and the other information about this project shows that this is one of the awsome projects in all current projects, ETN token is the name of Electroneum coin and it is registered on some exchanges also.
yeah I know this is the 1st British online currency, and I also buy some tokens, but it not mine in Android, I already download this many times but it always show update required but there are no update in play store. |

The only thing you just said was it's good because you can mine it on a cell phone. NOOB ..that is not a good thing. Your lithium ion battery will not hold a charge for long  After a while you will be wondering why your phone will only run normally for 20 min's at a time. You just posted a lot of hot hair.. saying nothing of substance. You did manage to slide in the coin name keyword many times though. And it's good because it can be "mined" ? Hey NOOB.. it was an ICO and the dev's took a ton of money ( as they always do) Just like ETHEREUM. And no that is not a good thing.. par for the scammy ICO course. Just like ETH it was ICO'd then mining was available afterwards. It's like ignoring the scammy ICO part and calling it a "mined coin".. nope. Just highlight some serious fundamental flaws in most peoples research...
The mobile mining isnt real - its a simulation...
Do you all seriously think apple are going to allow people to mine on their iPhone X? It would kill your battery within about an hour.
This may no be a scam, but there are ALOT of strange things within their approach...

What Hash power do you have? If you have any video cards, this is actually less expensive to mine over ethereum. |

I thought I would try mining this with gpu will leave it for 24 hours and see what it's like only had one crash when I was testing how high I could oc.

Hi guys!
The Electroneum mining software is fucking broken. I've submitted over 5 million hashes, and I've only received 53 Electroneum, which I can't cash out (minimum payout 100 ETN). After a day of mining, it said that I had 800+ shares, but when I check on the Electroneum site, it hasn't gone up a single ETN?!!?! This makes me crazy since I see people getting payments of 1000+ ETN every minute!! And in my pool (EU), it says that the hash rate is 1.45 MH/s and next to it it says "Electroneum Pool Network" and that's got 70 MH/s?!?!? How do I join that pool? It's so fucking unfair because I don't even receive any coins, no matter what and how hard I try. Many others also have this issue, and it's pissing me off. Is there something wrong with my software, or my pool? I'm using the Electroneum Pool Miner V1.1 BETA, the EU pool region, and 3333 mining port.

The CPU unit has a lot to do with it as well as the pool. Also, mining is most lucrative in the beginning, but you’ll have another chance when the mobile app is up and running. I wasn’t able to mine at all, hence apple ios |

there's a separate board for mining discussions. as for pools i have used a few, hashparty.io is good when they are up and electromine.fr, says they have spam protection, both have good hashrates, but the largest hashrate comes from nicehash.
as for wallets, github.com/electroneum under release. it's a bit complicated to use, basically run electroneumd.exe and that will download the blockchain, leave it running, then you need to run electroneum-wallet-cli.exe. to import your paper wallet run with this argument, --generate-from-keys You_Wallet_Name.bin. then it will ask for address, private key, view key, and password and then it will update your wallet to the current block. to send etn to cryptopia use the command, transfer Cryptopia_ETN_Address amount Cryptopia_ETN_PaymentID, you will have to try a few amounts before it goes through, i do about 3 etn below my available balance to account for the fees. other useful commands, balance, show_transfers.
electroneum has been good to me so far. i hope it continues after the initial sell-off.

I think all the ETN pools are scam. I mined on hashparty.io it was saying 1400 ETN/day for 15Kh/s but i got only 800. Fuck them all i given up mining this pool. |

You cannot mine directly to your cryptopia address, because you need to set your paymentid. There is also a warning on the deposit page. WARNING! Please do not mine to your Cryptopia addresses, We do not support transactions from pools like P2Pool etc. |

I had the same problem in hashparty.io , try ETN.CRYPTOXPOOL.COM Did you check the difficulty while mining? On a new coin you often have peeks, because many people rent their hashing power from nicehash. With high intensity over short period of time. |
