Average ICO contract development process is 2 weeks but if you have a unique project then we will need to discuss it individually!

From what i know is not so hard to make a smart contract and your site lack informations...
Also as i see on your signature,you believe that investment is gambling or even worse a HYIP.
That's not a good sign for someone to trust you for his funds.

It's not hard to develop simple smart contract (like simple ICO smart contract), but if the project wants to create the smart contract which really helps and automate multiple processes (like token distribution, bounty distribution, referral bonus distribution,  investor whitelist, min cap check , refund if min cap not reached, etc.)  its complicated and responsible process.

About my sign its just friendly reminder for crypto investors...  Wink
