kraken allows to add money by wire transfer  from your account to kraken account.
i was looking for a exchange which allows you to add funds via cash income.  ( send cash from my bank but not using my bank account)

What you mean by cash but not cash? You mean bringing dollar or eur banknotes to the exchange? I think there is just localbitcoins where you can deal with physical cash

Therocktrading is a reputable exchange, the oweners are Swiss or Italian as far as I remember, and they deal with Euro.
Other than TRT, as other said you can use Kraken which is also good.

You can also use Bitpanda to exchange to cryptocurrencies. In Europe there are also several ATM, where you can buy Bitcoin with cash, depending on your country f.e. Austria, Switzerland and Poland.
