Can US Citizens Participate in ICOs???

As i know a lot of ICOs restrict the participation of US citizens, because there are a lot of problems with US law. So, you should carefully read the rules.

Every ICO is different so short answer yes and no. But for the most part I think I have seen USA excluded from participating in most ICOs so long answer probably not allowed.

Yes, mostly US citizens are not allowed to participate in ICO as well as citizens of China, Canada and so on. So usually team just doesn’t want to be tangled with American jurisdiction.

It's all to do with control so ICOs from somewhere else, Europe for instance, should square individuals from taking an interest with an IP address from America.
