Your fee is high enough. I've entered the txid into http://confirmtx.com/ anyway, it should confirm soon.

Next time, try to avoid sending 0.00000102BTC to a change address, use it as fee to make the transaction smaller (with only 1 output). You can't use the dust anyway.

That's cool. I didn't know you can accelerate a transaction. I thought once the transaction is set, you can't do anything but just wait for it to confirm.
