So far in this wallet I don't have any problem since I'd used this, easy and handy to used. I hold token and other altcoins in my MEW wallet and if you buy token easy to transact your activity.
Secure and safe when you stored altcoins here as long you did not forget your private key.
This crypto wallet are peoples choice so i belong of them.

I am using myetherwallet. It is for ERC20 compatible tokens.  The main weakness of this wallet is it has single layer security. If you miss of stolen " Private key" all your coins gone.

Yes, using MyEtherWallet. It is easy to create wallet and is free. MEW is a good wallet for ERC20 coins. Private key is the only security of this wallet, if lost or hacked, all coins gone , non recoverable.

I use it and I love it!
Very easy to use, no problems nothing. But I would really suggesting to use a ledger for accesing the wallet like Trezor.
Btw check out the new Trezor they are looking hot 

Yup you absolutely right! Myetherwallet is comfortable to use, but have few weaknesses if we didn't really secure it. We all suggest to use ledger or trezor as a key to access it.

I use myether. It is for me the most trusted ethereum wallet. And not to mention, many erc20 tokens is supported in myether as well. So if you partocipate in icos, this wallet is the best choice.

Many users in MEW especially for those people who are joined bounty campaign mostly they paid the participants by their token promote which MEW is very best wallet to used. I had also a MEW since I joined bounty campaign so far I don't have any problem with this wallet and i know it is most trusted wallet that's why people choice.

I use Myetherwallet to save my Altcoin because I think it's easy to use.

I created my login there because rebellious wallet directed me to create a new account in there.
But ever since I noticed that most of the airdrops or token bounty require an address which is compatible to the one that myetherwallet has provided.
So even if you dont keep your eth in their, you can still use it to collect a lot of other tokens.

It's the only wallet I've been using since I started dealing with ether. Easy to use, convenient and practical. You can use it with MetaTask in addition to relieve security concerns. Metatask has an identity management system running on its own user interface.


I want to talk about the last problem I experienced.  I sent 0.040 ETH from bithumb to myetherwallet. This submission took place on October. Unfortunately ETH still has not arrived in myetherwallet account. Maybe one day ETH comes to the account. I am waiting it. I registered twice in the helpdesk and did not receive any returns from them. Etherscan made a turn at the time I wrote it. I know the problem originated from myetherwallet. Cos I have reviewed transaction records. Normally there should have been no problems.

I can not say they are very user-friendly.

In my opinion, it's quite hard to use. I was trying to add custom tokens and it has taken for me some time to get it done.
My father is an active internet user (56 yo) - he wouldn't manage to do the same I guess.

I have a father of the same age, but he taught me how to use this purse. I think it's nothing complicated and, if you want, everyone can learn how to work with it. But I'm worried because my wallet can be hacked.

Well I know mostly of the bounty hunters are using that wallet because mostly of the bounties and Icos are using that wallet and I think that is the only wallet that is really popular for the new token . Now there are lot of phishing websites like that so we should be careful about our private key.

I think mostly everyone uses it because its the most used wallet on ETH. My friends are also using it because you can easily manage it and you have a lot of coins there.

MEW can not be easily hacked because it is good secured.

I am sure that many of people who chase bounty and airdrop use it and it's well known that many people get scammed by phishing link of this site, few times in a slack room I get some DM that want to scam me Via myeherwallet phishing link. Just be safe there, secure yourself if you want to feel safe, use hardware wallet if a must. There's always hole security, even wallet like parity get that one too.
