How will this work for someone who has a router in the middle of nowhere? This project seems only practical if one is located in a good location for others to use their wifi. Most rural areas would then be excluded if I understand this correctly.

Reports can be left as you wish. But this would greatly simplify the counting process.

In the current concept for the system will be enough for ordinary routers, which are almost every person. In the future, it is possible that something will change.

Without WiFi, this can not be done. Perhaps in the future we will be the providers of WiFi in the regions where it is absent.
