i think in 2020 we should see it double from our own right now because of another halving that will happen.
(of course it will happen if they do not make something stupid with Bitcoin after they listing it).
remember a year ago what happened with Bitcoin price a month before the halving ?
the price increasing for more than 50% from before and afterward the price keep moving upward until this point.
i even believe in the next few days later we will hit $8000 marks,we still have a time to see another run.

It seems to me that bitcoin will not reach this level. $ 100,000 seems too amazing to be true. I like even when bitcoin is worth $ 7,000. I don't understand why it needs to constantly rise in price. It is now a bad thing? I'm always much more stability than change. The more assets the harder they will earn.

Just playing devil's advocate here but Berkshire Hathaway stock is trading at $281,000/share today. What would be the reasons why Bitcoin couldn't be the cryptocurrency equivalent of the "Oracle of Omaha's" brilliance himself in Berkshire Hathaway's business model. I mean I kind of look at these things as company's, and if people like the way there system is set up, there more likely to want it more. It is easier to get on any exchange with Bitcoin.

One last note....Gold is at $41,000 a kilo.

Just some real world comparisons that we do have more historical data on.

No one knows but with the current price right now at $7,000, it's already so good. I mean the price is really high right now, I think it's the highest bitcoin price in the last 2 years or more? I think the price of bitcoin will stay around $5k-$7k in the end of this year, never thought around 10k.

No I don't think it take longer than 10 years to reach those price level.
2027 at the latest imo.
Remember further adoption and decreasing supply. Halving in 2020 and 2024!!

$100k maybe in 5 years or so or major fomo in 2020 before reward halving. the best we can expect by the end of this year is $10k price. i'm gonna sell a few coins at $10k and buy some stuffs lol.

As long as there isn’t any significant change in government regulations or some other centralized control, I think it is likely that the price will just keep rising. The only other things that could hold it back are transaction fees and transaction times. Otherwise the price should keep rising.

I could see it hit $100,000 in a few years and maybe much more than that down the road. I think the scarcity of it will make the demand increase.

It will not happen this year, I dont think bitcoin will reach $100,000 this year. Though price is increasing it will not instant reach to $100k. Maybe it will but it will take more years to reach.

Your decimal doesn't make sense to be achieved by bitcoin for some years later. Even the maximal supply already reached by the bitcoin and i doubt if each bitcoin will worth around $100,000 in the future.
Let say about the double digit will be a very suitable price for the bitcoin itself. You can see about the potentially to doubled its price after the halving. the next halving will be happened in 2020. and i can say about $14k for the next step.
