There isn't any that I know of apart from Poloniex's trollbox.
And as a matter of fact, there doesn't need to be one. Bitcointalk is enough for anything mining-related and 99% of any questions that you may have have already been answered here or on Reddit.

There are many general Bitcoin & cryptocurrency chats though. All you gotta do is a quick Google search and you'll find them.
