I hope some of the altcoin prices have been increased in the market, I think we have to wait for another dip in order to get more coins. Again the price of Bitcoin is increasing so the value will drop, so we have to keep an eye on the altcoin market in order to make more coins.
Upto my opinion, it's not a right time to inverse in bitcoin .Since the price is high, if you inverse means.You will get very low profit after the next price. So instead of that ,you can wait till the fork. After the fork the price will surely reduce some how to settle the stable value. At the value decrease ,you can inverse in bitcoin. Now go with altcoin for the profit. |

more and more convinced that the ball is corrected by bitcoin. and it is better to keep bitcoin, and in pauses to buy altcoyins

It's time to wait for altcoins to be purchased, as btc's prices are still rising and altcoins prices will not increase for the moment. Wait for btc stable go buy altcoins.  |

Everyone who went into BTC got absolutely rekt. It just shows how no one really can predict the market, people think they can "read" it but they are completely wrong. The market is dicated by external forces which most of us have no power to influence or foresee, and that is the major driver of prices. Who can predict a governmental ban, or an ICO cancellation? No one. But still, these are the factors that affect most the prices and these are the cases where investors lose most of their money. So the best strategy is just to hold on to the Altcoins you already believe in and don't let a fork ifluence your decision on whether you should sell something now or buy, just keep up to them. There will be enough forks to come and it doesn't make sense that you keep on buying or selling them.

it seems unreasonable to me to get altcoins during these times. Bitcoin still continues with a strange acceleration.
I think USDT is the best now
The reason why people aren't purchasing that many altcoins is because the price pumped a little while ago. |

Most people just lose trying to do it at wrong times. Just hold bitcoin and good altcoins
will keep you ahead in long term.

I agree. you should just take small portion of your bitcoin and keep it in alts.. and then let those grow on their own while keeping bitcoin. basically 2 separate portfolios. manage them separately. instead of running back and forth between bitcoin and alts... |

Now, there are lots of cheap ones on the market. You can pick some of them randomly or by looking one by one and then you can enjoy your holdings until the new price crash. |

Of course its really good to diversify your porfolio. I have ETH and I'm happy that its mooning and I just check my wallet and I see good gains, but would rather hold because I have nothing to do with my funds and my ETH is just a few so I rather hold it. Bitcoin is safe as well, not selling for short term profits. But I see alts as a good for short term and day trading for most of us. |

buy some alt coins before its goes up in my pointof view I invest some btc in different coins not all and wait for fork. in fork altcoin bloodbath happened so at that time we should buy mostly

They just read some twitter things and then they start making ETH/BTC trade and then they start losing their ETHs or BTCs. This shold be avoided. Without trading, people can earn money in holding their ETHs too. They should know this first. |

This is bad for altcoin trading, there is no choice but to stop or hold a few months waiting for BTC to stabilize. Hopefully 2018 This formula changes, when BTC goes up then altcoin should follow.  |

You can start buying right now, but don't buy all altcoin with your money. Just buy small amount of altcoin because most of them are cheap atm. 1 Week (might be) before the next fork happens is the best time to buy altcoin.
I think is not good to buy altcoin before fork mate. Why? Mostly people will buy bitcoin and leaving altcoin. People buy bitcoin to get free coin after fork. So i think its not time to buy altcoin. |

BTC might increase even further within the next weeks and months because we'll be soon seeing some internet from institutional investors, which is kinda cool. People or investors let's say, will be able to trade BTC futures, a future is a contract in which the investor or trader can indicate how much BTC they want to buy and at what rate, in that way they can speculate as to whether the price of BTC will increase or decrease, which means they can even bet against BTC (that it will lose value) if that happens, then we might see BTC being stabilized in the short term, but the fact that a major instituion (CME) is integrating BTC as a future will be enough of news to get a lot of more people interested in blockchain. So I think that price will increase within the next weeks even further.
