We show all payout statistics for the pool publicly. All payments are listed here - https://ubiqpool.maxhash.org/#/payments as you can see they are working fine and miners are getting paid as they should.

It is stated very clearly in all our posts on Bitcointalk forum and on our website that the block finders rewards payments are processed once every 24 hours and are sent separately from your regular mining payouts. If you did find blocks then you will be rewarded for them at the proper time. Please do send us your Ubiq wallet address and we can take a look at your payout history and make sure everything is correct. If you don't want to post it publicly then you send it to us through PM here, email to our support (support'at'maxhash.org) or in Discord.

I think you may have the wrong idea about how mining pools and block chain actually work. Miners get paid when the pool finds a block (this is how 99% of mining pools operate) because this block is what actually contains the reward of coins that you are mining (In the case of Ubiq 8 per block). If the pool did not find a block in that period you mentioned then of-course you will not see any "immature/pending balance" and you will not receive any payout because there was no nothing to pay you. The pool had a period between 6:03 UTC - 09:41 UTC this morning where it did not find any block (this can be confirmed here: https://ubiqpool.maxhash.org/#/blocks) so I believe this was the period that you mentioned you did not see any balance change on your miner.

We also have live support available for all miners through Discord (link on our website) and through our support email. We have not received any kind of support request from yourself or any other miner regarding any kind of issue at all. If you get in-touch with us through the proper support channels then we will more than happy to check everything together with you and make sure that everything is completely correct.

Miners get paid when the pool finds a block (this is how 99% of mining pools operate) because this block is what actually contains the reward of coins that you are mining (In the case of Ubiq 8 per block). I already knew how mining pools and Blockchain really works.your answer doesn't make sense When you said "If the pool did not find a block"
This is not solo mining where we only gets reward once miner  found the block.
And this complaint is all about reward of mining not for bounty or bonus that your offering and the truth is, you guys took/eat our 4 to 5 hours Mining rewards or whatever the reason behind this but I must say this is unfair.

Think like it this way. If you would be the only miner on the pool you would essentially be solo mining. You would use your hash power to try to solve a block. Once (after a long time) a block solution is found the pool's ubiq account (address) is credited 8 coins. The pool's payout system then proceeds to transfer these coins to your account, 8 coins if no fee is taken.

The only difference if there instead of one miner is 100 miners, is that the pool's payout system then has to credit 100 miners. Blocks are found more often but the payout per miner goes down.

It is completely normal for a smaller pool that it sometimes takes longer time to find a new block. During such a bad luck period there is no reward from the block chain to the pool to send out to its miners.

Payout Threshold:

We have now changed the minimum payout threshold on the Ubiq pool to "0.5 UBQ" as we were starting to get a bottleneck in queued payouts when the pool had a good run of blocks. This change should increase efficiency and make payouts more consistent for miners and also allow us to scale better for the continued growth of the pool.

US Server Upgrade

Tonight we will also be making a planned server upgrade in the US location at 21:00 UTC/16:00 EST. We expect there to be a very small amount of mining down-time for US miners of around 5-10 minutes as the DNS changes are propagated. The new server is a real beast and we estimate it will be able to handle over 1 TH/s running through it. While the change is not strictly necessary right now, we are always trying to stay ahead of the problems related to growth and also this will give us the option of opening pools for other coins as well ahem Ethereum cough The US server will now come into line with the EU server specification and will also be running the latest NVMe hard drives which are 20x faster than a standard SSD drive. We apologize for any disruption caused by this.

We are a smaller pool so we find less blocks than the bigger pools such as ethermine. But this means when we do find a block you will get a much bigger piece of the pie.

Recently we have been on a bit of hot streak, having found 3 blocks in 3 days and our miners reporting double earnings in this period compared to what they get on larger pools.

That is because you are mining in a pool When a block is found by the pool then the block reward (250 music) is divided between all the miners in the pool based on there share contribution.

You only get 250 music for each block you find when you are solo mining.

While this is great for MaxHash miners that want steady earnings it does entail extra risk for us the pool operators, primarily due to the unique uncle reward system of ETC. This means the static pool fee will be set at 2.5% which is an industry standard level for higher risk PPS payout systems.

Hell to the yeah! This is the pool I stay in 24/infinite! My 180MH/s RX 570 Rig has been hashing for 12 days straight on this pool without a single share rejected!

I'm mining ETC on this pool btw. But if their other pools are as stable as this pool is, I would imagine you can have faith in this pool! These guys know what they are doing and they set up some neat incentives too such as the jackpot and no fee/var fee.. I like this pool a lot! keep up the good work gentlemen!

Hey, I noticed that I've been connected to the new ETC: PPS Pool now for like 1 day and 7 hours, but when I check the website and look at my miner statistics, it says my last share was over 13 hours ago and my hashrate (both 30m and 6h) are both 0.. it basically thinks im not even connected to the pool? What should I do? keep hashing or reconnect? I try to avoid reconnecting because I believe that maybe it shows the pool I'm a loyal miner the less often I reconnect.

Hey, false alarm.. I spaced it that I would need to go to the new pools stats page in order to see updated and accurate stats for my miner.. Silly mistake. All is well!!
