What  would  it  need  to moon?

Too much competitors (substratum)?

Substartum vs  Shift....  which  one in your  opinion and  why?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I'm not particularly versed in the nuances but I SHIFT as long time holding him. And the main reason was that the project deals with the exact same team that makes LISK. If they did such a wonderful project and SHIFT will be as successful

High risk high payoff
