I'll just gonna give the link that I used for several months and will provide you some feedback about it. What I can recommend to you is Nitrogen Sports Eu. I've been a user of that website for almost 2 years, I think and I never encountered any problems with them. The deposit is almost instant and that is the same with the withdrawals. For dice Bitsler is better than Primedice, and Bitsler use to have more interesting games in the shout box and more promotions too.
For sports book I'd also say Nitrogensports.

Bitsler and Stake are my favorites. I like them because of their user interface and friendly environment. And, they also provide multiple interesting games to play with very good graphics. I'm not actually a full time gambler, but when i want to do some, i prefer going to one of these two gambling sites.

Like steven said that is true, most of them do not accept bitcoin. What we knoe betting using fiat is pretty boring or may be to risky but here on bitcoin world everything is being anonymous and everything is pretty save as I know. Like me who does not gamble on fiat may be I do not even know this but when it comes to bitcoin world, most site will be coming out from nowhere to gamble like most of us already know huge site like bitsler and primedice
