I find quite weird that Confideal's ICO hasn't raised AT LEAST 1000 ETH given that they've had such great PR and marketing campaigns and have such a great idea. I'm not sure if this phenomenon happens often but I find it curious. Have you ever seen another ICO that's been like this?

Yeah, that's really strange.
Maybe they are not buying any traffic on their website, hoping it will be all organic?
Can't think of something else...

Etherscan shows 225 real transactions, summing up only to 260 ETH...

It happens, ive seen it happen with several other projects also, they hoped all their traffic will be organic and it all  crumbled. Marketing plays a big role in ICO success. I hardly saw any Confideal banners or ads anywhere!
