what we can do with the chips actually any body sell PCB boards or assembel ?

i have a voucher for 160 chips a`25 $ but i dont know what i can do with them ...

How do you have a voucher if you don't even know what they are? Were these given away somewhere? O.o

The voucher entitles the owner to 25$ off each chip if they want to purchase chips from BFL.
