Good afternoon. Will I need to have a bank account or at least a credit card in order to sign in on your subsidiaries?

Hi there, not necessarily just for registering. But if you want to fund them, yes - a payment method will be needed.

Hello. Does it mean that other members of the platform will be able to view easily all the transactions I conducted? Or will it be possible to remain anonymous?

Hi there,

It is definitely possible to remain anonymous with your transactions.
We don't want to force anyone to show all transactions he is doing.

Let’s say, I bet on a raise and lost. Will the funds be automatically charged from my account?

Talking about SwipeStox, right?
If you are making a trade, and it goes against you - the trade will close as soon as your margin level reaches less than 50%.
That means those funds will automatically charged from your SwipeStox account. But of course not from your Wallet or NGC source.

If one of the users of the Switex platform (unfortunately, scammers are everywhere) tries to deceive me, will I be able to demand to ban them?

Due to the nature of Switex, fraud and scam will be almost impossible, as Switex is directly connected to the game publishers/developers.
Every transaction is automated, safe and all parties receive their items or switex coins. Thus, it will be easy to sell or buy items.
Nevertheless, Switex will have a fraud detection system of any sort and in the very unlikely case reverse the transaction.

Does your platform support dual authentication for entering the wallet? And can third parties get access keys to the account with the help of my phone?

This will definitely be implemented and we are aiming a lot for security. But we will release further information on that in the near future

I have concerns now after looking to this YouTube blog: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDvF7ji3MZw

Why is the broker in Cyprus? I prefer to work with a broker from Germany in the future. Will you foresee that your platform is also connected to German brokers?
Please advise.

Hi there, absolutely no need to worry.
We know here videos and we do think that people need to be educated and warned about specific financial services. But definitely not about us. She is talking nonsense.
As far as I know, this is the case: A few years ago, she was losing money at Avatrade, which was an online broker and she accused them of fraud. And when brokerage services are stopping their business, they are usually selling their licenses.
We acquired this exact license in order to build the Hanseatic Brokerhouse and NAGA Markets. But we have actually nothing to do with this woman or Avatrade. But she wont believe us and keeps accusing us.
And actually - you can choose between 11 brokers on SwipeStox. You are not forced to use one or the other. And there are also Brokers who are registered in Germany and regulated by Bafin - GKFX for example.
Even though, it does not make any difference if the Broker is located in Cyprus, Berlin or Paris. The European Securities and Markets Authority is regulating all European brokers in the same way. There is absolutely no difference.

Good Day. Ive got a question about anonymity within Switex. It usually takes 2-3 days to validate my card on Steam. How long does it take over here?

As far as I know you don't have to wait at all. Developers will get access to your nickname only. But The main point is to make the process oh game purchases fast and transparent.

At the same time not every developer will agree to take cryptocurrency or NAGA tokens as a payment. Don't you think it is going to be a problem?

You probably don't know how greedy developers are. Trust me even EA doesn't care how you pay as long as you pay.

Yes, you are right. It’s clear how Origin works. But what about Ubisort and Seam?  You think they don't care laws and regulations of cryptocurrency in the USA.

I guess you didn't know that Steam accepted bitcoins for half a year and stopped doing it just because high exchange rates. I'm pretty sure platform will be able to exchange fiat money. So the gamer pays in tokens and the developer gets dollars. It's that easy.
