Naga seems promising but I found the review below. Could you please look into it? Often, competitors spread fake rumors but there is a lot of scams and I just want to make sure this not one before I even consider putting my money into it. I will keep doing more research. thank you!

Yup, thats what they said. However at this stage, $25,043,952 raised from 37,198 backers and 2 days left. It could come very close to their target. May end up at 28-29M maybe.

Hello. What will happen to the tokens put on the ICO but left unsold?

As far as I know, all of them will be burnt.

My impression too. But what will happen with all the coins of the team & such (the other 50% of the total supply)?

For example: of the 220M ICO coins, 30M will be sold. Remaining 190M to be burned. The team has 17,5% of total supply. Will they burn their coins equally or keep all 70M?
Same question for advisory & legal (12,5% seems excessive, well done Mr Ver) and other recepients of the 50%

There will be a guaranteed free-float of 55%.
So let's say we close the sale now at 25m sold NGC - there would be a total amount created of approx 45m NGC.
It would be extremely greedy if we would not burn our coins equally  

I have bought in to the ICO. However with the numbers you quoted does that mean that you will still own nearly 45% of the tokens? That seems a lot of tokens to held by the owners.

Those 45% are not entirely hold by the owners. The team is receiving a total of 17.5%. All other of those tokens are allocated for legal, advisory, MA options, buyback and so on.

You will burn unsold coins in this offering, so doe that mean that if you sell 30m coins you burn 190m and the the over all total coins is then 210m (not 400m)? And if so, then there will be 30m coins in public circulation (plus referrals) and  the remainder of 190m-ish is retained for the purposes of the company as shown in your pie chart on you site?

Hi, nothing will change. Our soft-cap of 1,000,000 NGC is reached and our project is already to be considered a success.
The 30,000,000 is just a goal which was set. But we can and will reach our projects anyway
