I'm still trying to receive my Naga Tokens and I've been trying to contact their support for days now via chat, mail, phone, facebook,... Still no response. Has anyone actually had contact with them and if so, how? Any advice?

I'm really excited to begin using SwipeStox to trade cryptocurrencies. Is this going to be something similar to MT4? May I know how do you determine which altcoin to be included into SwipeStox?

Yawn...here we go again. Another scaremongerer trying to destroy a massive project when it's at about 10% of its development stage. I really wish people would wait. You're the sort of person who brought 1000 bitcoins for 50c each and used them to buy pizza as the price wasn't doing anything after 2 weeks!

that's not true

Any question to that or just posting links?  Cheesy
Regarding those - we do think that people need to be educated and warned about specific financial services. But definitely not about us. She is talking nonsense.
As far as I know, this is the case: A few years ago, she was losing money at Avatrade, which was an online broker and she accused them of fraud. And when brokerage services are stopping their business, they are usually selling their licenses.
We acquired this exact license in order to build the Hanseatic Brokerhouse and NAGA Markets. But we habe actually nothing to do with this woman or Avatrade. But she wont believe us and keeps accusing us.

Did you receive e-mail? From Naga, that your coins have been sent to you?

It is not fair

For those of you who have issues with HITBTC and withdrawals as well as how to move coins to your wallet.
1- Do not invest in things you do not understand.
2- The company put out a video (not many ICO do that) showing you step by step on how to move your Coins in to your wallet.
3- The Roadmap clearly shows they will have a NAGA wallet and exchange within their own platform in 2018. If you read the whitepages you would see HitBTC was for people who want to buy more or whoever wanted to sell before realizing potential.
4- Your issues with HitBTC have nothing to do with NAGA.

If you have issues with stock trading company (say scottrade) you dont go to federal reserve or your bank to complain do you?

I lost my pass phrase on a wallet which had a lot of coins in it, do I go sue inventor of bitcoin?
I also have a lot of coins in an asian exchange that wont reply to my emails and I lost my 2fa code. Do you think any of the coins are going to help me with the exchange? It is now 2 months I have yet to hear back from them.

You bought an ICO, if you bought a bigger coin say BTC (bitcoin) you could have gotten it from coinbase, now support there replies in what 3 to 7 days now days right?
But they only list the 3 or 4 big names. You bought in to a new coin. Do you understand this?

That all said, realize that community can help you with your problems if you ask nicely.
As far as hitbtc goes, they are slow on withdrawals and for example on some new coins like b2x they have not even setup a wallet yet. Nor has anyone else.
The slow transfer maybe another issue if you are using BTC there have been slow transfer times. This is due to blockchain backlog

PLEASE PLEASE read carefully and understand what you are investing in. Do not blame the ICO for your lack of knowledge. If you cant deal with this type of issues, ICO are not for you.

These exchanges are dealing with HUGE volumes of new clients now days as well which makes it even more difficult to keep up. They asian exchanges may not have enough english speaking support staff. Consider that you are not with coinbase. Understand what that means.

I bought 2k tokens on ICO. I was able to sell 500 tokens a week ago at $1.75, tried to sell another 500 yesterday but deposits are not allowed in to HITBTC. Is the issue fixed yet? One way I'm glad didn't sell yesterday, but  we should be able to sell whenever we want. It seems issue is on exchange side not NAGA. Am I right?

I will keep 1000 tokens may be with target $20, but still needs to send another 500.

hitbtc is improving about the issue of the deposit, I suggest you to hold it until a new market comes up, NAGA have big capital for listing in big market .. so be patient a bit. your money will double or triple. You define that by holding back

100% agree with you you have to be patient about it and when I see the potential of this currency I tell myself that we have to stay patient and wait for the NAGA wallet.

From what I could read Naga is in negotiation to integrate the platform binance early 2018 Smiley

I, too, can not send to the deposit, who then raises the price of the HitBTC if no one can trade?

After listing the market it is completely common in the market, almost all coins price will be dumped and the value will increase and settles when it consolidate at one price. Don't expect short returns with the coin and hold it for long term.

What is the best way to contact with NAGA support?

I didnt send my eth wallet in time before the distribution and it seems that the only way to get my tokens is through support now.

I contacted them via email few days ago, but i didnt get any response.
