This list is fairly useless if the volume isn't denoted in BTC. With some coins have orders of magnitude higher block rewards than others, it's not so strange to see huge differences. The amount of coins being owned or traded means nothing in a vacuum, it needs to be expressed in relation to another quantity, such as the entire monetary base of the currency or the equivalent value in a more standardized currency, such as BTC.
