Borrowing £60, Already Agreed On Deal In Private. Posting here for transparency.

I was communicating with the user Parodium about a £60 PayPal loan in private, and i thought it was a good idea for us both to agree and have it wrote down here for transparency.

Parodium will post below the terms he listed to me in private and then i will respond with 'agreed' here in this thread as well, to acknowledge said terms.

I have agreed to loan this user £60 via Paypal for a period of up to 21 days at a fee of £5 per week, or fractional fee for as per the calculation of fee = £n*(5/7) to be added on top of the original loan amount.

DrMatrix has offered collateral, but this is not necessary due to certain security measures provided by Paypal.

I agree that this loan will be paid a maximum of 21 days from now (25th November 2017) and to the terms Parodium stated above. If I take the full 21 days to pay then the total amount due would be £75 plus any sending fees.

Just posting back here to confirm that i repaid the loan of £60, i payed back £75 total (£15 for the 21 days fee.)

Well the deal went smoothly great to see you both guys dealing and on PayPal especially never seem someone lending money in PayPal so if the loan is repaid guys please lock this thread and that was a good step to make everything public it’s good for the safety of both parties..

Luckily they're my books, obviously trust must be earned between individuals, it is not wise to use other peoples experience as evidence of trustworthiness.

PP able to protect you  , only if you send money as for service & goods, and keep in mind that even you already got money back, borrower can will make chargeback later(up 180day), so you still risky.
