Pre-Sale will hapen on the trusted FundYourSelfnow.com platform, they are well known and running our pre-sale and ico (later on)
Collected Eths will be hold by then until the campaigns are over, from that moment on, we'll keep everything in a multisig wallet

Customers (buyers of the actual physical gadget) will hold tokens on their Apps, private keys included. The CycloShield Nano gadget
is a safety device so a certain level of security comes by default

Corporate users buying CYS on our online store will have them transferred right away to their Web3 enabled wallet such as Metamask or Mist

Is there a minimum (soft cap) amount you need to gather in total investments in order for the project to start?

Yes there is, we have estimated the minimum amount to be 2K ETH (combining Pre-Sale + ICO), without that, we are not sure we would be able to put the product to market along with the online token store, the programmatic ads and what we consider required for good marketing.

Money beyond that will make things easier and will allow us to complete the R&D lines we have for the other prototypes listed on the whitepaper (check CycloShield Fresh and the CycloShield Poseidon, we think they are pretty cool too)
