Multiple Accounts (Sockpuppets) Are Allowed at this forum.
Selling accounts is "allowed."
Selling accounts is "discouraged", and some people will give the seller red reputation.
"Giving Away" your extra accounts is (currently) LOL funny, and will make more sense in the future.
