Seriously? There's a thread at the top of the section named "NEWBIE README." It explains everything right there. If you can't even take the couple seconds to read the information GIVEN to you, I have the feeling you're going to be the guy going thread to thread asking the same questions that are already answered. |

The 4 hours and 5 posts is actually a good restriction preventing spammers, non patient scammers and dummies from accessing the main forum.

It's not all that bad, actually. I joined these forums yesterday as a result of being a lurker for months. Had I registered sooner, I'd have been out of this section too. Look at the bright side, you can make topics here, while being able to view what's going on with the rest of the forum in the mean time. Give it a day or two of just browsing and you'll nail those 4 hours. I logged 1hr and 38 minutes just off my smart phone.
