Hello,

Was wondering if anyone familiar with the www.cryptopia.co.nz exchange might be able to help with an issue I am having.  A couple of months ago, I opened an account here.  I moved 1 ETH and a bit of other alts here but had not logged in again in probably over 1 month. However, when I tried to log  in 2 days ago, it said my account was locked. I sent a request to their support but did not get any response at all in over 24 hours, so I tried again, this time changing password, but my acct is still locked. I sent another request to their support but now over 50 hours have passed and I have not received even an automated response from them.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? if so, how did you resolve?  I am wondering if maybe their site-based messaging is not working? Does anyone have a direct email address for their support?

Anyone else experiencing issues with Crytopia?  I just sent my 4th message through their site in 5 days... acct still blocked for unknown reason and not even an automated response to any of my messages. Luckily I only moved a few $ in alts here as a test but this is still very disturbing.  Anyone with an alternate way of contacting them?

When you log in you need a code and so you receive an email with a unique code in it and need to use. Do you receive this code? It has been added some weeks back. You may ask them here as they have a topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1669443.0
You may get a faster reply otherwise you can use Twitter to talk with them, I did it once and got a fast reply.

I didn't encounter any problem in Cryptopia with the same problem as yours but I submitted some tickets with them in the past. If I'm not mistaken, they took almost 4 days before replying to it and then another 2 days for resolving it. I believe they are receiving big surge of users in the past days (due to Nova's announcement) and this may contribute to their slow response time to your tickets. I know that it is very uncomfortable waiting for your ticket to be solved for days but you can wait a little longer. Unfortunately, I don't have any alternative way to contact them.  Undecided

I'm still new in cryptopia , been using them for like a month now but my experience is good so far
I contacted support two times so far for deposit issues , it took around 5 days for every problem to get solved so just give it some time maybe
they have many coins , and usually some wallets face problems like missed deposits and withdrawals ( as I said twice in a month in my experience ) also the recent coins added like electreneum may be making things harder for their support

Did you get this issue resolved?  Mine has been locked for 1 week now.. is there a step that I'm missing? Anyone else?  I'm in dire straits because theres quite a bit on the account.
