ok, as this is a coin that can actually be mined solo, I"d like to try it. lol. I don't unserstand, really, how to create the config file. What info do I put in the username.password section?

you have to make a file emerald.conf (not .txt). the information depend buy yourself. |

I fixed the checkpoints issue and added a few more checkpoints. The new version 1.2 is released, please upgrade. This is not a mandatory upgrade though. The download links at OP are updated. The source in github also updated.Thrash and apbyte, thank you for reporting the problem, and sorry about the inconvenience. I will send you 100 EMD each to compensate the time lost because of the issue, please send me your wallet address.

i had this exact problem. he pasted some transactions showing me the coins were sent, but i cant get my wallet to sync so i thought that is why i never recieved the coins. i need my damn 7500+ coins. we better not be getting screwed, this is hitting cryptsy soon.

I fixed this problem going forward (hopefully). If you have more than 2500 coins, you'll want to do a manual cashout. I set the scripts to automatically break things into 2500 coin chunks before sending them out. For some reason the daemon chokes on larger sendtoaddress attempts. Alternatively, just set an automatic payout lower than 2500 Happy mining |
