The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Hi:

Sorry for the 70k shares issue, was a database issue, in fact stratum worked fine and the 70k share
was in fact about 12 blocks accounted and paid.

The pool hardware is enough to get an stable mining experience only needed to tweak some software
settings, if you still experiencing problems please use this thread or PM me and I'll help ASAP.

Sorry again...

I've tried mining this in each pool on this page, when putting in the current difficulty with my kh/s it show's I should be gaining hundreds a day, but after a few hours I had compiled 4.... So idk what the deal is. Is it the pools?

coin-base.info/emerald has been working for me, and its dashboard gives a 5 min avg, you should be able to gauge roughly whats making it to the pool. What do average on your rate? (What your computer says it is)

Around 1100 kh/s. Thanks, I'll look in to that if I choose to try it again. If by rate that's what you were asking for. Not sure.

Emerald P2Pool established

Fast, stable, 300Mbit fibre connection, Server positioned in Central Europe
You get your share of Emeralds sent after each block that gets solved.

No registration required!

http://mining.stargate.si:10001/

How to start?
Download cgminer:
Thread about Linux/Windows miner: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28402.0

Start miner with following command:
Linux: ./cgminer --scrypt  -o http://mining.stargate.si:10001 -u <YourEMDWalletAddress> -p xxx --no-submit-stale
Windows: cgminer.exe --scrypt  -o http://mining.stargate.si:10001 -u <YourEMDWalletAddress> -p xxx --no-submit-stale

Change <YourEMDWalletAddress> to You EMD Address

For example, my CPU desktop machine running 64bit Windows client starts with: cgminer.exe --scrypt -o http://mining.stargate.si:10001 -u F1dtoAu6KPC1HnSyowLgCf3F3x13wXna2M -p xxx --no-submit-stale

I can't ever get solo mining to work:

Here is my settings for cgminer:
--scrypt -o localhost:12128 -u x -p x --worksize 256 --intensity 13 -g 2 --thread-concurrency 8192

Emerald.conf
listen=1
daemon=1
server=1
rpcuser=x
rpcpassword=x
rpcallowip=10.1.1.*
rpcport=12128
rpcconnect=127.0.0.1
addnode=198.199.90.252
addnode=24.6.21.198
addnode=108.27.249.69

Any Ideas?

We launched an EmeraldCoin pool today,

emd.cryptcoins.net

- Proportional payout per block based on your shares ratio to the pool's total shares for the found block.
- The worker who finds the block is awarded 1% of the block off the top.
- Stratum Vardiff adjusted to your hashrate.
