I worry that an auction might miss potential "good" buyers.  I can't tell you how many times I've passed by a finished auction like "fuck".

I like having a high respectable price that can just sit for a while until someone really wants this for something.

I will consider cool trades and I will accept empty Bitcoin/litecoin/dogecoin addresses that qualify for shitcoins I diddle with (Something called CLAMS. (Means if you have like 500 addresses that are empty now, but were in use on May 12, 2014... they are worth 1 Bitcoin in my eyes.)

I could really use a little cushion money atm.  Found out I'm being countersued today in regards to some real estate stuff.  I do want to make sure that this piece ends up in a good home.  I'm motivated to sell, but not looking to give it away...
