A little update to my original post so I don't have to explain it every time by inmail
I deal through DEX which is decentralized exchange based on Wavesplatform (Waves is their currency #21 at coinmarketcap)
No one sends funds first, we are both protected by the exchange, so scammers piss off.
We both deposit funds to our own accounts, then I place an order with the amount and rate we agreed upon and you buy it.
Exchange sends alts to my account and BTC to yours, everyone's happy.
And no fees for deposit/withdrawal btw
