what is happening with this exchange? i read some news that should be closed soon and i want withdraw my funds.. but i cant get password reset and support dont answering...

I have not worked with them, but considering your info, i think that something is fishy ver there so, if you still have any means to access your account, then you should do that and empty your accounts because over there something isn't good.
