12 confirmations and still no Bitcoins in my Gemini wallet

Hey good people,

So I decided to transfer .01 bitcoin from by Bittrex account into my Gemini account. This was about 2.5 hours ago.
I see 12 confirms on Blockchain.info, but nothing has shown up in my Gemini account.

Any ideas? I know it's not a large sum but wanted to reach out on here and see what people can tell me. Never done a transfer between the two platforms before.

And now its at 96 confirmations and still no BTC in the wallet? Any ideas?

Have you contacted Gemini customer support? If the transaction is confirmed, only they can tell you why your account has not been credited.

I think the only solution for now is contact with Gemini customer support. Beside I think you should take a look at the Bitcoin address you sent to if you filled it right or not, there are a lot of people lost their Bitcoin just because their computer had virus, when they copy it's their Bitcoin address but when thay paste it's the different wallet. Take a look at it then contact the support if it's not your mistake

thats bad bro. Try to wait maybe there a reason why your bitcoin never shown up.  And also thats is impossible that the transaction is already made but nothings happened . Try to restart you device mate maybe it can help.

On this forum under tools there is a command which accelerates the process of confirming transactions. This is a very good team and their services are absolutely free. Try to contact them. Or they will speed up the process or to competently and professionally explain to you what needs to be done and the reason for such a situation.

The problem of OP is not related to this one. Accelerator only needed when your transaction is not received confirms in a long time. But in here although he got 96 confirms but he is still not received that amount in his Gemini wallet. Maybe there are something wrong with Gemini wallet or OP just filled wrong Bitcoin wallet address

I think you should post your transaction txid to see if anyone can help you out of this problem

The problem of can't OP can't be helped if do some actions first, i guess it would be better if he contact the support of Gemini so that they will give a further instruction and why it isn't still giving him the credits after all of those confirmations they sent to him. There must be any other possible reason why they did not give you the credit or maybe you were just missing something that's why they didn't send it yet. It makes me wondering why it happens on such an exchanges.

Do you know what you are saying? He said that his transaction is already confirmed so those accelerating tools doesn't have something to do with his transaction. The only way to answer this problem is to contact the gemini wallet, they're wallet is something in a bug if there's already confirmation but not yet credited.

It's belongs to gemini's update bug, no one has the idea to help you. You send information about the transaction to their support and wait for processing.

Thanks for all the information and help. I believe its a Gemini issue not user error.

To be clear, I copied and pasted the Gemini address in my Bittrex form field for transfer. Checked it 3x...as I always do.

Bittrex got back to me and said it's nothing on their end. No word from Gemini. I spoke to a fellow investor and he suggested maybe there is a minimum to send bitcoin to Gemini. I sent .099 BTC ( roughly $700 dollars worth).

If I do not hearfrom Gemini in the next 24 hours. I will be cashing out of their wallet services and leaving them for good. I have a choice and at the very least, they should contact their customers.

Yup. And I have moved a lot more before without issue. So the I guess I have to wait on Gemini to see what happen.
I will keep you all posted as things develop.
