There are more than 5000 cryptocurrencies in the world but I am going to shortlist the Top 10 Cryptocurrency 2017 according to market cap, demand, future scope and value investment asset. and that is :

1. Lite coin : the oldest litecoin with very huge community and development still continues. The price also very good at the moment.
2. Ethereum : as a pioneer of smart contract it will keep ethereum big even there will be another good smart contracy.
3. Ripple : the solution for banking we need could be solved by this coin and it is proven by amex and one of biggest south korean bank work with them.
4. Exscudo : The next big alt coin not launch yet but i believe developer could make it big. You can read about exscudo at their blog. The progress is very good before platform launch at q1 2018.
5. Iota : the new technologies using chain without block and the zero transaction fee makes it good transfer data every where free.


I think those 5 alt coin i trust could be very big in the future.

Viacoin is very quiet between these. In the past week the price has risen considerably. Having a limited number to be produced and having a low price of adhe is very great advantage you can see nice prices.

Top 6 would are game changing tech platforms IMO, while bottom 4 have more to prove. Didn't include Etherparty, ATMchain, Decent, Micromoney, Simple Token and NEO but they are awesome projects.

Projects like Ethereum and Zec are already in the middle. Projects like Vertcoin and Via can provide good returns. I need to follow up and buy at good prices.

Most of  the coin cited won't get you a huge return. Probably you can do X2 - X3 but you should go to lower market cap and under the radard coin to get a  X10 - X 100 return.

There is some coins with this potential.  I can tell you for instance Elixir (ELIX) since I am invested in. But there is a couple of other coin with same potential.

I see the lists created by others and are there are obvious coins which are good in some way. I used to like coins for one reason or another, but there arnt many cryptos that have true use-case.

I completely agree with you that there are some ico companies that are quite promising and can really bring a good profit in the future. But the fact is that how to study information and how to select really high-quality projects, and not get caught on scammers? I think that in this regard, you need to do a lot of work, so that everything turns out qualitatively.
