How do you think will the Bitcoin fall to $5,000 during mid-November?

maybe. it is bitcoin we are talking about. so it is unpredictable.

but if i were a gambling dude then i would wager my money on a big ass rise by mid November. there are lots of good news to come by that time.

there is a lot of money being invested in bitcoin right now. yesterday we found out that 100,000 new users signed up for coinbase (to buy bitcoin) in only 1 day. the news about CME is apparently much bigger than we thought. and when there is such a big demand for bitcoin, it can not drop that low. there will be a lot of resistance.

I don't think it's down to 5000 dollars. Obviously, now bitcoin is rapid rise, I guess at the end of the year will be $8000, the market a little crazy, there may reach 10000 dollars, what is not possible, you think it is?

No way, that s too low. I d say we ll see 20% decrease after the form, max. All this under condition SegWit2x does not become the "main" BTC. Anyway, I m sick and tired of all these forks.

In that sense, it might be the best option for every future fork to simply - FAIL!

Who told you thats its going to fall back on 5000? After that mark it has reached now I barely expect it to reach back to 5000 even after the hard fork. Many new people are coming in with their investments. A report of coinbase even said that around 100,000 new investors have joined them recently.

Lots of new bitcoin users, is it because they want to profit from the fork or just investing in bitcoin? Bitcoin will reach 10K this year, no matter what. Even with the november fork. Off course investors want to make free money with the fork, but bitcoin will not go down and will still be the most important and valuable cryptocurrency.

I think that the price will not be lower than 6000$. Only it doesn't matter. Even if in November there will be the correction that will not stop the rising prices. I am sure that this month we'll watch a new psychological to the maximum of $ 8,000. Then bitcoin will quickly recover its position. The next few years we will see a stable growth.

Even it will fall to $5,000 again that's totally fine to me but I dont really think that we'll be getting back to that price. If the price will be in a correction that will be in a positive way where will have the chance to buy some more at $6000 and its positive effect will be bringing it up to $9k.

Well I think the fall or drop in value of Bitcoin will be in the November 15 or 16 when the Hard Fork occur again and the price can be determine from the last drop, and I think it dip to just $5900 or $5700 only then the price just burst again up to the current price right now and right now the value is at $7500 I think it will continue to rise until the Hard Fork and let's just say the estimated value will be at $7900 only, speculating the movement of the price.

Depends on how things goes with the fork. If people start dumping Bitcoin2X (which is expected) price will go up even more. However if some miracle happens and everyone start dumping BTC for 2X ... Well lets just say a lot of people will lose a lot of money.

Other wise the bitcoin will touch another new ath because a lot of people are waiting for the hardfork, the possibility to the bitcoin goes down again after the hardfork will be done.

I wouldn't read too much into those 100k users of coinbase... They have stupid limits, like 250$ when you just start - I can see people trying to find clever ways to make multiple accounts...

The most BTC can go down is $6400, end of this year probably already around $12700, by 1 january 2018 above $13000

in my experience you should never wait for a "fall" in bitcoin ever. because in 99% of the times you will be disappointed and also miss out on buying bitcoin before the rise begins again. but sometimes falls happen and in those cases i always take advantage and buy more even if it means borrowing money in case i had no fiat around to invest. that is a big profit in it.

to answer your question, i am not waiting for any $5000 nor expect it. if it happened i will buy though.

This board is called Speculation, not Prediction. It is well-named in my opinion as about anything one can say here is just rough guesses which have 1/2 chance to be true. Some sort of gambling in short.

Well, as for me, I do not think it should go down because of the fork, for the simple reason than for me the fork is not at the origin of the current rise.

We can never really say if the price will go on a rise or a drop we can just determine on what time it will be landed, we can sure see that develophers of bitcoin right now are doing forks to create newer one' but I think the real purpose of Fork are to upgrade the system and maybe it can really help bitcoin reach a million someday that is my speculation!!!! And a reality that bitcoin will continue to raise up.

Maybe the price of bitcoin will decrease because fork is near and for sure many people sell their bitcoin because they have doubt their mind that bitcoin price will decrease. But it's not 100 percent sure but I hope the price of bitcoin will continue to increase so we can make more money in the future. More bitcoin more money to come. Invest now in bitcoin and you will be happy.

It might. At some point the whales will take profits, which will lower the price, and trigger the stop losses of all those who are long, which should then push the price lower.

Also, some old hands are using the current price to sell some coins, because they want to lock in profits.

What is completely unknown is the timing of all this. All I can say is Don't Short the market. You'll only get crushed. Wait till it has actually turned down before shorting. Until then just sit on your hands and watch and wait.

I think is impossible bitcoin fall to $ 5,000 in mid-november. I don't find any factor bitcoin can fall down.
Today bitcoin rise $ 7,554 and will be rise up. Many investors hold their bitcoin until end of this year and tell their friends to invest in bitcoin. They hope bitcoin will be rise until $ 10,000.

Actually it doesnt matter for me if this bitcoin price will fall/drop on mid-nov because the reason of the bitcoin price hike is the upcoming fork,  so most of the investors want to have a free new coin from the fork by having a lot of bitcoin which is equal on how many btc you have. I also aware on that falls after the fork because of that free coin extinction.
