no one believes this, I believe Japan is the best country for crypto how Bitcoin is developing very well there.
everyone is wearing it. there is no reason to forbid its citizens to invest in ICO. I am not sure.
Japan is well known in the entire world due to its technological advancement .as the use of digital currency is a part of it therefore it is nothing new for the Japanese society. They support the use of Bitcoins very much and hence it is impossible for Japan to ban IC0’s in the next many years. Japan is quite open minded country in this regard and they do not prefer census on their own people therefore they would not practice the same as China does in last few months.

There are a lot of scam attempts with the ICOs. I presume that this is the reason why someone would try to ban it.

I think Japan is the first country that will solve the problem of ICO, but no ban, no, competent regulatory process only! Because the ICO is the reason for the growth of the national budget.

The thing with ICOs is, that if regulation is too strict they will simply run their ICOs in another country. So if regulations aren't some sort of guideline that helps protect the interests of investors, they won't be very successful.

We all know that japan is the first country having strong economy to adopt and legalize bitcoin in the entire world. Its approach towards crypto currencies is totally different when compared to that o china, south korea, vietnam.

I think that apan may try to regulate ICOs in the future as it too has the duty to protect the interests of its citizens. So,it may not go to the extreme level of banning the ICO completely.

Banning ico is not the answer what is really needed is a regulated approach to them some do have potential to be good crypto currencies but what is needed is protection for investors.

They did not ban ICO; however, they are speaking about their legalization. The release of all tokens in Japan may be governed by the law about cryptocurrency. It says that all companies dealing with ICOs should be registered.

Yes but Japan won't go for ban of ICO'S in upcoming year because that is the country which warmly accept every technology and is very broad towards advancement, they think of mass benefit as their country benefit and they know bitcoin s providing them a chance to raise the standard of living of the mass and making them rich, so it will not ban it

Its possible that Japan will ban ICO's if they think that are rampant scams that is going to happen and their people will be affected. If they think that its better to ban ICO's than they will but as of now I think they won't do anything about it since Japan is one of the country that embrace bitcoin widely it means they are ahead of crypto world.

I think no. There are a lot of services in Japan, which could be paid by cryptocurrency.

Yes that is very big correct, well if we look for some reasons they would ban it, yes they could also. They also have the power to ban ICO's if they mean too, but according to you, they support economical advancement that is why they thought why wouldn't they hesitate and not give a shot right?

likely. If the countries do not control the outbreak of coin. Certainly the ban will be issued. lots of good coin. But coin is much worse. if not prevented. It is possible that the country will fall into crisis

Recently I just watched a video about Japan having Bitcoin as a legal currency. I guess they will not ban all of the ICOs because they strongly support cryptocurrencies. But if they will actually ban all of them, then the impact will be just like what happened when China banned all of the ICOs.

You may need to know that japan do support bitcoin not probably not that much with altcoins, ICO if they consider this as a threat, they will do whatever they need to do;.
maybe regulate it or even banned it if they feel it's necessary, japan is bitcoin friendly country but not sure about the rest cryptocurrencies.

Of course, if the ICO would mess up Japan's financing system, I think Abe would do it.Because ICO, although there are a lot of proof of success, but fraud also many, we all know, in fact, a software development with not so much money, most of the rest of the money has been squandered development team.
