This guy is a well known scammer, his alt : Mhdrift, Hellscabane ...  he scammed people around here for many years ! you are probably one other victim , he's  an indonesian scammer

I advise you to go to the police, he probably earn more than $ 10,000 with all his scams, the case will probably be taken seriously and forwarded to the Indonesian authorities

That Seya refuses to use forum escrow - which is the only way its safe for buyers so its a red flag regardless of whatever platform.
