Installing version 3.0.0: Error

Hello

I have just now tried to install version 3.0.0:
https://download.electrum.org/3.0/electrum-3.0.0-setup.exe

My system is Windows 7 32 bit.

My old version was Electrum 2.9.2

I have just double clicked the setup. This was without problems. But when I try to start Electrum now I get the following error:

Can anybody help me? What does this mean. Thank you.

Python error its also the same in my laptop windows 7 32bit i think its still not working in windows 7 machine. .

And i think better to wait for developers of electrum to make a patch for new electrum wallet segwit support..
For now as i read from them its work in windows 10 or windows server 2016..

Good to know that it is not my system only which causes this problem and that a patch is in work.
