2. Check Roadmap
3. Check Team and Support
4. Check if Scam
5. Take advice from a trustworthy trader/investor.

As i said, its a simple list but it should get you started.

You may at least have experience in trading industry. It will avoid you from lose of your money. Always make a plan before trading like the price you want and the tokens you want to earn. Trading was risky but can give you a huge profit. However, trading is like a gambling that you need to take a risk and know the advantages and disadvantages of it.
