I forgot my main account password and it got locked/banned a. Admin help please?

I changed password on my main account that I been using since 2014 and forgot it accidently. It got locked and my ip banned for security reasons it says. I tried to email admin for help but it seems I cant get answer for 5 months now. Im trying to find help from admins posting here now. It would be nice if this problem could be fixed because I cant use bitcointalk forum from home now that I used to allways and hanged out here every day... 
It gives now only this message at main page:

Seems that somebody is using my account. Last active was today... very sad. Just sent my all id info to admin, hope it helps (
