Yesterday the Pre-ICO of the project NEDVIGA was succesfully launched!

What do you have to know about the tokens of this project? First of all, the fact that the company NEDVIGA will issue tokens of two types – NEDVIGACoin (NDV) and NEDVIGA Property Token (NPT).

The tokens NDV will represent the main external tokens of the project, the holders of which will be able to invest in high-yield strategies, to vote on managerial issues, to add to the platform their own properties, to pay for the services of the platform and to have access to its internal services, to influence its development and to obtain bonuses. NDV tokens will be traded on foreign cryptocurrency exchanges.

We differ from others by several things:

The crisis in the Russian economy is fully reflected in the real estate market: the volume of construction has reduced, perspective objects are frozen until better times. However, experts say in one voice that investing in market at bad times is even more profitable than at good times. However, what shall we do if the understanding of the prospect's investment exists, but there is no money even to buy one-room apartment in Moscow? To become a member of the project NEDVIGA!

Moreover, experts and analysts believe that 2017 will be the last crisis year for the property market, and in 2018 will begin its growth. Even for an investment purchase of one bedroom apartment of a high degree of readiness in the city that is located at a distance of 10 – 20 km from MKAD, you will need at least 1.5 million rubles. Attractive investment places within the Sadovoye ring have significantly higher price tag.

However, today, there is no need to have on hands the full amount of the money to invest in objects of the real estate market. With the project NEDVIGA anyone from all the places around the world can invest a small amount of money in high-yield real estate, even without specialized knowledge, skills and competencies.
