Hello,

My L3+ has been up and running for some months now using nicehash, I decided to switch over to litecoinpool.org but when I tried logging in to the IP portal I don't remember the user/pass. I followed bitmains instructions on reset the miner but still it will not take root for user & password. I have reset the unit about 5 times and each time it sounds like it did reset correctly but still does not take default user/password as "root".

someone please help me, I cant even leave it on since its no longer mining to my address, I confirmed.
